With the wall up, work turns to boxing in the pipes and the support column.

The box is two levels for two reasons. The box to the left is higher for headroom, and the
larger box to the right allows for more access to the electrical and plumbing. This framing will
all be drywalled, but the main ceiling with be a drop ceiling for access to wiring, plumbing, etc.

Another example of "Jon the adult" fixing things that "Jon the kid" did. Growing up, I wrote "Jon rules"
on the beam with silicone caulk. I'm a little to old to have something stupid like that in my new workshop,
so I scraped it off. Besides, I already know I rule.

The low ceilings and the tight quarters are making this framing a challenge. The box to the right will be
framed in a little more formally before I'm done. The chest freezer to the right will stay in the new
workshop. I use the top of the freezer for light projects, like staining or sanding.
